  • Find and Create a steady stream of valuable/useful content
  • Repurpose content you already have from blogs, website, marketing materials, promotions, etc.
  • Create a resource document to hold URL’s, blog notes, resource websites, photos, videos
  • Outline a 3-month editorial calendar

 

Session VII.  Reputation Management                                                                              10:30 – 11:30

  • When and how to respond to positive and negative comments
  • Avoid getting blindsided with management-approved scripts
  • Develop sample scripts that positively and effectively respond to these comments

  • Posting Etiquette
  • Facebook apps
  • Use of quizzes and polls to solicit opinions
  • Contests & sweepstakes
